The Chopard brand goes back to the 1860 when the company was formed by Louis-Ulysse Chopard. Chopard is one of the few watch manufacturers that also makes their own watch movements (named L.U.C. after the initials of Chopard's founder). Some of Chopard's more unique watches are found in the various Happy Diamond & Happy Sport watch lines (with their signature floating diamonds on the dial).
