Gevril was founded in 1758 by Jacques Gevril, which was born in 1721. Although Gevril has been making fine Swiss watches for 265 years, you may have only heard of them in the recent past. Gevril was acquired in 2001 by Samuel Friedmann.Many people consider preowned Gevril watches, used Gevril watches & second hand Gevril watches all the same, but a Gray & Sons Gevril watch is something different altogether.
