We repair fine Swiss mechanical watches and have six Swiss-trained Master Watchmakers and Jewelers with over 150 years combined experience to perform all watch and jewelry repair services. We also provide a 1-year warranty on all our luxury watch repairs (2-year warranty for Rolex watches), giving you piece of mind that we stand behind our products and services, making every effort to provide you with the superior quality you expect.

Is your watch running slow? We will analyze its condition and based on how the watch presents itself, we can simply replace your watch batteries or let you know what repairs need to be made to bring your watch back to its Like-New condition, getting your approval before commencing repairs.

Is your watch too loose? We can adjust or resize your existing watch band, or replace it with a watch band or strap to your liking. We strive to satisfy our customers’ demands by guiding them toward the right options and helping them make the best decisions, based on our combined knowledge and expertise. If your watch doesn’t need to be repaired, we will tell you. We won’t open up a watch, potentially exposing it to dust particles and humidity, if it’s unnecessary.

Is your watch crystal scratched or cracked? We can polish it to bring back its original luster, or we can replace it, so it looks Like-New.

Is your watch dial marred in any way? We have a wide variety of watch dial options for you to choose from, and we can replace the dial, giving you a unique piece to show off.

We provide other watch repair services, including: overhaul, polishing, dent repair, crown replacement, water proofing, and band/bracelet repair, replacement, or rebuilding.

If you don’t have time to come in to our showroom, that’s ok – just request one of our Easy Ship Boxes, fill out a form that we’ll send to you, and mail your watch or jewelry to our secure and fully-insured location. One of our master watchmakers or experienced jewelers will evaluate your item and we will contact you with a complimentary estimate. Upon your approval, we will immediately commence repairs. Should you choose to repair your watch or jewelry at a different time, we will simply mail it back at no cost to you.
