How to order
Buying a watch or piece of jewelry should be fun. With that in mind we have tried to make your online experience as pleasant as possible.
1. Browse through our store
Begin by visiting the Home page where you will find listings of featured products. If you would you like to see our most recently added items click on the What's New link. To see special discounted items visit our Watch Specials and Jewelry Specials sections. For Watch Brands and Jewelry types click on the categories to the left. Click on the product name or picture and you will see a full-size picture and complete description.
If you know exactly what you want to order, type in the product name or item # in the Product Search box.
2. Add items to your shopping cart
Once you have located the product you wish to purchase, simply click on the Purchase button and that item will be added to your cart. Click on Continue shopping if you would like to browse through the website for more items until you are ready to check out.
3. Check out
Click on the My Cart button in the upper right had corner to return to your shopping cart to see your entire order displayed. Once you are sure that your order is complete click on Checkout. You will initially be asked your email address & phone number so that in case anything goes wrong during the check out process we will be able to contact you to complete your order.
4. Shipping Address
You will now be able to fill out your shipping address. Because of the value of the merchandise we are shipping, your shipping address must be the same as your billing address or listed with your credit card company as an alternative billing address. You can quickly and easily add an alternative billing address to your credit card by calling the customer service number on the back of your card.
If you would like the package to arrive on a specific date you can enter that as well as any comments or special instructions.
The cost of packing, shipping & insurance is generally 1.5% of the value of your purchase. Gray & Sons delivers your purchases in the most secure & sensible way possible. Generally we use the United States Post Office Registered mail or UPS. But depending on the value of your purchase we may opt to use Brinks Armored Car Service to your office, a private Courier, or hand deliver your purchase to your door accompanied by armed guard. Signature is always required we cannot deliver to address if no one is present to sign for the package. Call us if you have any questions or special delivery needs
5. Review your order and pay safely by credit card
Be sure to review your entire order information to make sure everything is correct. We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER for online orders. Please enter your number correctly including the expiration date to avoid delay. Our website encrypts your credit card number before transmission via the Internet using secure sockets layer encryption technology.
6. Order Confirmation
After your order has been completed you will be contacted by one of our watch or jewelry specialists to confirm your order, payment & shipping information. You will be asked to sign a purchase agreement form and fax it back to us along with a copy of your credit card and your photo ID. This is for your protection to make sure you and not some else is placing the order in your name. We take identity theft very seriously and make sure any private information about you is always kept secure.
Due to the fact that many of our watches & jewelry items are one of a kind, we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock, because of previous sale. If there are any problems with the availability of the item you ordered we will contact you to inform you of this.
