Great experience and more! I couldn't imagine using anyone besides Gray & Sons, they have exceed all my expectations. I recently got engaged and my fiancé made the purchase from a National Chain Jewelry Store near where we live in Wisconsin. The large chain store, did nothing but disappoint us, and for 3 months I did not even have my ring, due to them repairing and fixing initial mistakes. During the chaos my mom suggested using Gray & Sons, a jewelry store my family has trusted for over 35 years.
