Circa 1918.World War I Vacheron & Constantin Triple signed Pocketwatch made for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with Open Face Chronograph in European 0.900 Fine Silver. The watch has a single button chronograph that works by pushing the crown down. The watch has a white porcelain enamel single sunk dial with subsidiary seconds and the center sweep seconds chronograph hand.
