Jaeger-Lecoultre was founded in 1833 by Antoine LeCoultre and is based in Le Sentier, Switzerland. JLC has been a main source of technological advancement in the watch world for almost 200 years, Engineering and inventing thousands of calibres and hundreds of various inventions including the world’s smallest calibre. Known for models like the Reverso, Which in certain cases feature two dials in one case front and back, Fully Reversible to allow for options, inspiring the name, Reverso. A house favorite is the Amvox Series, which is where in 2004 Aston Martin teamed with JLC to produce the co-branded Amvox-1. JLC innovated the amvox with their Aston Martin Amvox-2 Grand Chronograph. Every one of our Jaeger-LeCoultre watches we take in has been meticulously restored to perfection by our Rolex watch repair specialists, to ensure years of faithful service with normal care and maintenance. First, each Jaeger-LeCoultre watch goes through our rigorous 86-step inspection and restoration process. We are so confident in the quality of the timepieces we sell that we proudly offer our exclusive 12-month warranty on all watches and a 24-month warranty on all Jaeger-LeCoultre watches. After being fully restored, all Jaeger-LeCoultre watch cases and bracelets are finely polished to remove any surface scratches and to restore each piece to its original luster. When a Jaeger-LeCoultre watch leaves Gray & Sons (whether the watch is 5, 10, 20 or even 50 years old) it is in pristine condition.

Once you receive the box and send your watch, one of our Master Watchmakers will evaluate it and contact you with a free estimate. If you approve of the estimate we will proceed with the repair, which generally takes 2-3 weeks.
If you wish to repair at a different time we will ship the watch back to you at no cost to you.
