Piaget SA, Founded in 1874 by Georges Piaget in Switzerland, now is a part of the Richemont Group. Piaget is famous for its signature case designs, from the Polo to the Limelight. With their incredible use of diamonds and precious metals, it’s no wonder why Piaget is such a highly held brand when it comes to prestige. Piaget is also known for their movements, holding the title of thinnest Tourbillon in the world at a jaw dropping 3.5 Millimeters, an incredibly complex watch function manufactured to perfection. Piaget also owns the largest jewellery workshop in Geneva, where everything from cutting to setting is done by hand. Piaget takes pride in every piece and it’s construction and it is a privilege to service them in house for our clients.
The lifespan of a fine Swiss watch like Piaget can last generations if it is cared for with regular preventative maintenance. The Swiss-trained watchmakers at Gray & Sons have over 150 years of combined experience repairing and servicing Piaget watches. This, coupled with a state of the art workshop, the finest equipment, original watch parts, and stellar customer service has made Gray & Sons a destination location for people around the world looking to repair their timepieces. We use age old techniques in the historic Swiss watchmaking tradition while also using the latest technology and equipment including timing machines, water testing equipment, and precision winders for quality control. Even something as simple as replacing your battery should be done by an expert (like the experts at Gray & Sons) to make sure that screws aren’t damaged or striped and to make sure that seals and gaskets are properly placed and intact. The team at Gray & Sons can do it all: from crystal replacements, crown replacements, repairing damaged or scratched links and bracelets. Every one of our Piaget watches we take in has been meticulously restored to perfection by our Piaget watch repair specialists, to ensure years of faithful service with normal care and maintenance. First, each Piaget watch goes through our rigorous 86-step inspection and restoration process. We are so confident in the quality of the timepieces we sell that we proudly offer our exclusive 12-month warranty on all watches and a 24-month warranty on all Piaget watches. After being fully restored, all Piaget watch cases and bracelets are finely polished to remove any surface scratches and to restore each piece to its original luster. When a Piaget watch leaves Gray & Sons (whether the watch is 5, 10, 20 or even 50 years old) it is in pristine condition.
We have your Piaget Dancer watch and wanted to send you in-progress photographs. We will completely disassemble your watch, clean out the old oils and re-lubricate it from scratch. Some people just take shortcuts once they have your money but that's not what you're going to see from Gray & Sons.
I'm just keeping you updated on the status of your watch.
