Is your watch gaining or losing time? We will evaluate its condition, and based on how the watch presents itself, we can tell you what repairs need to be made to bring your watch back to its Like New condition, getting your approval before initiating repairs.
Is your watch loose? We can resize or adjust your current watch band, or replace it with a band or strap to exemplify your refined taste. We strive to satisfy our customers’ needs by guiding them toward the right options, helping them make the best decisions based on our combined knowledge and expertise. If your watch does not need repairs, we will tell you! We will not open a watch, potentially exposing it to dust particles and humidity, if it is not necessary.
Is your watch crystal cracked or scratched? We can polish your watch crystal to bring back its original luster, or we can replace it, so it looks Like New.
Is your watch dial blemished in any way? We have an ample variety of watch dial options for you to consider, and we can replace the dial, giving you a unique piece to show off.
We provide other watch repair services, including: relubrication-overhauls, detailing & polishing, water proofing, crown replacement, dent repair, and band/bracelet repair, replacement, or rebuilding.
This location is convenient for our customers who reside in Illinois, and in the Chicago area, including Kenilworth, Glencoe, Winnetka, Hinsdale, Lake Forest, Wilmette, Western Springs, and Oak Brook, simply by ordering our Easy Ship Box, using the U.S. Post Office.
Just request one of our Easy Ship Boxes, fill out the repair form that we send to you, and mail your watch and/or jewelry to our secure, fully insured location. One of our master watchmakers or experienced jewelers will assess your item and we will reach out to you with a free estimate. Upon your consent, we will commence repairs without delay. Should you choose to repair your watch or jewelry at another time, we will simply mail it back via insured and signature-required delivery.

Once you receive the box and send your watch, one of our Master Watchmakers will evaluate your watch and contact you with a complimentary estimate. If you approve the estimate provided, we will proceed with the repair, generally taking 2-3 weeks.
If you wish to repair your watch at a different time, we will simply ship it back, via insured and signature-required delivery.
